The following terms and conditions bind non-voting members
of The XFree86 Project, Inc.

           1) You must be actively involved in the work of The XFree86 
              Project, Inc., whether this be in terms of design, development,
              testing, or other support of the work being done on XFree86.
 
           2) You must, under no circumstances, release work-in-progress code,
              documentation, or other preliminary materials outside the 
              membership of The XFree86 Project, Inc., without express 
              permission from the Board of Directors of the corporation.
 
           3) If you are actively involved in the commercial(*) development 
              of products or services pertaining to The X Window System, this 
              information must be disclosed at the time of application.
              If, after becoming a member of The XFree86 Project, Inc., you
              become involved in such commercial development, such
              information must be disclosed to the Board of Directors 
              by re-filing this application.
 
           4) You agree that any contributions of code to the work of The 
              XFree86 Project, Inc., will be covered by the copyright terms 
              set forth by The XFree86 Project, Inc., and X Consortium, Inc.
              Copyright ownership will remain with the author(s), unless 
              transferred to The XFree86 Project, Inc. explictly.
 
           5) You agree to abide by all terms and conditions of membership 
              in The XFree86 Project, Inc., as described in the corporate 
              bylaws.
