This directory tree is intended to replace (or complement) the
backup material in:

	/afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/foo-server/common/backups

It has been initially populated using files from that directory.

The pre-history of this volume is documented in 
    sipb-afs[2625-2628,2631,2633-2636,2639]

this volume, please send mail to sipb-backup@mit.edu.

As of November 1997, this directory is not under extermely active
maintenance. But it might be. One day.
