there's all kinds of stuff, and it's a little messy.
the reason some things aren't anyuser rl, is cause the rt config has the 
db password in it.

src/ contains subdirectories with the various 
     local hacks we've written.

arch/ is where said local hacks are installed. since 
      rt mounts /afs, it reads some things straight from there.

lore/ contains various bits of important knowledge

www/ contains what passes for local docs.

Private/ is private stuff. (like site configs from other places, to comapre setup)

attic/ is old stuff, that's probably crap, but disk is cheap
