Adding, Removing and Configuring Virtual Hardware and Devices

Select: Edit > Virtual Machine Settings > Hardware

Use the Hardware panel to view, reconfigure, add and remove virtual hardware and devices.

To add virtual hardware or a virtual device, click the Add button on the Hardware panel. The Add Virtual Hardware Wizard appears, guiding you through the process of adding the desired hardware or device.
To remove virtual hardware or a virtual device, highlight its entry in the hardware list (for example, Audio) and click Remove.

You can specify that GSX Server should update the virtual machine's snapshot to the current state of the virtual machine whenever you change that virtual machine's hardware configuration. Check the option Update the snapshot after changing settings if you want to enable this feature.
