@device(postscript) PERSONAL NARRATIVE: Peace to all of my classmates and to those they hold dear. @flushleft(In the twenty years since we graduated, I have been:) A Peace Corps volunteer in Botswana, Africa; a draft resistor and conscientious objector; a public school teacher; a member of the Non-violent Direct Action Group (NDAG) and of the local Yippie tribe; a convicted, sentenced and incarcerated singer (of quotations from the prophet Isaiah in the Cambridge draft board); a McGovern delegate to the 1972 Democratic Party Convention from my home town of Chelsea; a GED teacher; a Fortran programmer; graduate student in early childhood education and child development at the Elliot Pearson School of Child Study at Tufts; a member of the Havurat Shalom community in Somerville; a nursery school & Hebrew school teacher; a principal systems analyst at Digital; director of educational services for a software training company; a vice president of Congregation Beth El in Sudbury; and currently Training Manager for Project Athena at MIT. Kathleen Campbell Bean and I were married on October 9, 1977. Our daughter Sarah was born on April 15, 1979. Our son Alexander was born on June 12, 1983. We are all well and look forward to seeing you at our twentieth reunion.
