Subject: Complaint

Yesterday, July 19, 1990 , Larry Koolkin, my manager, told me that he
was putting me on probation.  He admitted that he had never warned me
explicitly that I was in danger of being put on probation before this 
time and that there was no way of my avoiding being put on probation.

I have not received anything on paper from Larry Koolkin to date on my
performance.  

I wish to file a complaint about Larry Koolkin's treatment of me.
