Contents - Back Office - User Settings

In Back Office, User Management functions are limited to maintaining settings and preferences on behalf of an individual user. Once a user is selected from the All Users View, the functionality in this tool replicates that of Personal Preferences

Selecting a User
There are several tools in the View Users screen to find the user you want to configure. You can page through the users using the Page and Jump To links. You can sort the list of users by clicking on the column headings Last Name, First Name and Username. You can filter the list of users using the View Users: dropdown list. You can find a specific user using the Search button in Quick Details.

Select a user by clicking anywhere in the row where the user is listed. Click the Edit button in Quick Details to edit settings for that user.
