General Settings
The
Status Summary
screen allows you to display a summary of system information for a particular date range. Each piece of information is a link that you can click to obtain additional information. When you first log into the system, or when you select
General
from
Edit Settings
menu, the
Status Summary
screen appears.
The
Status Summary
screen displays the following settings:

Summary Date Range
: This pull-down list allows you to choose the date range, from today up to a month, for which you want to display information. Once you change the date range, the page refreshes with the updated information. Note that this setting is saved so that it is available to you the next time you access this screen.

Users
: The
Users
section displays the number of unique active users that have logged into the system during the specified date range. You can click on the
Unique Active Users
link to view a report containing additional information, including the user name, the client through which the user is logged in, the start time when the user's session, the IP address of the user's machine, the status of the session, the number of charges created by each user, the duration of the user's session, and the number of patients in the user's Patient List.

Activity
: The
Activity
section displays the number of syncs, the number of web sessions, and the number of errors generated in the sessions during the specified date range. When you click on the
Syncs
,
Web Sessions
, or
Errors
links, a report is displayed (as if you had clicked the Session Reports button from the toolbar at the top of the screen) containing the specific details.
As with the
Web Sessions
link, you can also click on any of the highlighted links in the report to get more detailed information. For example, you can click on the
Session ID
number to get specific information, such as the start time, user name, mobilizer address, mobilizer version, and other specific details of the session.

Charge Capture
: The
Charge Capture
section displays the summary statistics for the total number of charges in the Holding bin and the total number of charges in the Outbox for the entire health care facility. By clicking on the
Charges in Holding Bin
or
Charges in Outbox
links, you can access the corresponding sections of the Charge Capture Desktop directly, as if you had selected the charges tab at the top of the screen to view and/or modify these charges.
For example, clicking the
Charges in Holding Bin
link takes to you to the Charge Capture Desktop.
