Click the
Send Message
toolbar button to display the
Send Message
window.
To send a message:

Enter a
Message Title
and the
Message
text that you wish to send to all handheld users.

Decide whether or not to set an
Alert Expiration
date. If set, the date you specify will determine the point at which the alert expires and can be easily dismissed by handheld users. Choose
Never Expires
to make the alert never change to an expired status.

Click
Send
to send the message as an alert to the server, which in turn sends the message to all users on their handheld devices.
