Session Reports
To generate usage reports for specific departments within a given time range, follow these steps:

Click the
Session Reports
toolbar button.

Specify the date range in the
Quick Details
box.

Select the departments from the
Choose Departments
form.

Click the
View Usages
button in the
Quick Details
box to generate the report.
The generated reports screen provides a pull-down list that allows you to sort the information by
user
or by
date
to best suit your needs.
This is a limited sample, but one that demonstrates the type of information available.
For each usage session, you can view:

the
User
name for that particular session
-
the
Client
that they used (either
HH
for handheld or
WEB
)
-
the
Start Time
of their usage session
-
the
IP Address
of the user's machine or sync location
-
the
Success
status for the session indicated by
Yes
or
No
-
the
# Charges
that the user entered
-
the
Duration
or length of the session
-
the
# Patients
that the user modified
