To submit the charge to the Holding Bin, where it will be reviewed according to the guidelines set up by your department, simply click the Save button on the Charge Details screen.
NOTE: If you are a health care provider, you must also check the Submit Charge? box; otherwise, the charge will be saved as a Draft and not submitted to the Holding Bin.
