Viewing the History of Batched Charges
Administrators can review the history of batched charges for one department at a time from the Outbox. You will be able to select a specific batch of charges and view the individual charges within that batch, as well as print the batch, if desired.
To view the history for batched charges, do as follows:

Go to the Outbox by selecting
Outbox
from the
View Charges
pull-down list on the Charge Capture Desktop.

Select a specific department from the
Department
pull-down list.

Click the
Batch History
button on the toolbar.
The
Choose Batch
screen will appear, along with the
Quick Details
box that provides summary information for the selected batch:

Select the batch you wish to review by clicking the radio button that precedes it. Then, click the
View
button in the
Quick Details
box to display all of the individual charges in that batch.
These lists can be quite long, depending upon the size of your batches.

Click the
Print
button in the
Quick Details
box to print a
Charge Report
containing the equivalent information of a Charge Details screen for each charge within the batch. Use caution, as this can result in printouts containing many pages.

Click the
Cancel
button in the
Quick Details
box to return to the
Choose Batch
screen.
