When you log into the system, you will see the Charges Desktop, and you will be able to access other desktops by using the tabs along the top of the screen.
You will be able to view charges for your patients, add new charges, and save those charges to the Holding Bin and as drafts. In addition, you will have access to the Patients and Prefs desktops, where you can manage your patient list, define personal macros, filters, profiles, and snapshots to best organize the data to your needs.
