You can send patients to one or more other health care providers if that functionality is enabled for your account. If you are an administrator with a PAT Access Level of Level 1 , you can enable this capability by modifying the Patient List Settings under the Prefs tab for any Level 2 or Level 1 user.
If a user is unable to receive patients (as specified in the Patient List Settings for that user account), then the Send Patients Results screen that appears will indicate that the patient was not sent to the specified recipient.
