Charge Capture Desktop Settings
The
Charge Capture Settings
screen allows you to configure the behavior for the types of charges that can be sent to the Holding Bin for the selected user. These settings are available only to users with a
PAT Access Level
of
Level 1
. When you select
ChargeKeeeper Desktop
from the
Edit Settings
menu, the
Charge Capture Desktop Settings
screen appears.

Types of Charges Sent to the Holding Bin
: This setting determines what types of charges are kept in the Holding Bin for later review, instead of being automatically submitted to the Outbox far approval. Choose
All
, which also selects
Errors
and
Free Text
, to send all charges to the Holding Bin by default; choose
Errors
to send those charges containing errors to the Holding Bin for review; choose
Free Text
to send those charges created with Free Text and not selected from a predefined list to the Holding Bin for review.
