The Personal Preferences Tool allows the administration of user level settings for the user, by the user. These settings are broken down by application. Additionally, the Personal Preferences Tool gives the user access to reports of transactions submitted from the handheld. The header bar for the Personal Prefs Tool contains two tabs, Prefs and Reports. By default, the Prefs view, containing user settings, is displayed. The user clicks on the Reports tab to view reports.
