Institution
The Institution Settings contains system settings that are maintained by the
technical team that deploys Mobilizer and system administrators that manage Mobilizer
at an institution. It is only accessible to users with a PAT Access Level of 0 or 1.
Department
The Department Settings contains Institution, Position, Department and
User settings. It is accessible to users with a PAT Access Level of 0, 1 or 2.
User
The User Settings tool allows administrators to make changes to
preferences on behalf of users. Administrators essentially impersonate a user and access the
same tools as in Preferences below. It is accessible to users with a PAT Access Level of 0, 1 or 2.
Charges
The Charge Keeper Desktop gives allows users to review charges
they've submitted from their handhelds, as well as add new charges for patients. Charge reports
and billing batches can be generated from this tool as well. This tool is accessible to all users,
although specific features are dependent on PAT Access Level.
Patients
The Patients Tool lets users manage their patient list. A user
can add and remove patients from their short list, send a patient to another user, and view
demographic data about a patient using this tool. This tool is accessible to all users.
Preferences
The Preferences Settings contains a subset of PAT options that are configurable by the
user, broken down by application. Changes made to settings in the Personal Preferences tool
affect only the individual user’s handheld environment. This tool is accessible to all users.
