   Sending tons of flame mail to Clinton and Gore will prove to them
exactly how much garbage and waste is sent via email, charging for
email may make people think before sending so much spew.

   The White House email addressess are new and experimental. They have
not existed before because the White House feared it could not handle
the volume. Lots of flammage will only prove the were right the first
time and can the idea.

   So you know what to do - don't.
