If you are interested in becoming involved in the SIPB, I would suggest
a number of things.  First you can read about the SIPB in our documents
like Inessential Athena.  Additionally, you should probably read
the file /afs/sipb/admin/text/prospectives/FAQ

If you think the SIPB is something you would like to be involved in,
come to a meeting on Monday evening at 7:30 in the office, and I can
talk to you about being a SIPB prospective after the meeting.
