I retrieved Windows TechMail binaries from 
  net-dist.mit.edu:~/pub/alpha-beta-dos
and tried to run them on my PC running Windows 3.1 &
FTP Software's PC/TCP 2.2.
When I run TechMail, it complains:

  Cannot find file (or one of its components).
  Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required
  libraries are available.

I copied all the files from the techmail distribution into the
same directory as techmail.  I also copied all PC/TCP .dll
files into that same directory.  This didn't help.

Can you help?
