With a lot of Carol Elder's time and help, we managed to get TechMail 
for Windows working.  But I noticed a couple of mistakes in the 
installation instructions as follows:

No. 2 should read copy a:\techmail.exe NOT copy a:techmail.exe

No. 3 should also list the file tm_text.dll to copy to the \net\mit 
directory.

No. 6 should read ;c:\net\mit not c:\net\mit (I'm pretty sure you need 
the semicolon).

No. 10 Working Directory should be \net\mit not \techmail (this is what 
worked for us).
