You can't post replies to postings in talk.answers; it's a moderated
newsgroup just for periodic information postings.  Your message was
sent to the moderators of *.answers, where it sat in a to-be-handled
queue for three months.  In future you need to reply to the poster;
the message should have a "followup-to" line that gets your reply
posted in an unmoderated newsgroup.
