"Reese's" Peanut Butter Cups Version #1 1 2/3 cups crushed graham crackers 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 cup peanut butter 2 sticks butter Mix together until smooth (can use pastry cutter) Press into 15x10" (9x13 thicker) pan Melt 2 cups chocolate chips and spread over top Cut first, then refrigerate Version #2 18 oz jar peanut butter 3/4 cup butter - softened (not in microwave) 1 lb box graham crackers 1 lb powdered sugar 12 oz chocolate chips Cream together peanut butter and softened butter. Crush graham crackers and combine with powdered sugar. Add all ingredients together and spread in a buttered pan 9x13, pressing firmly. Melt chocolate chips over low heat and pour over mixture. Mark off 1" squares in the cholcolate and refrigerate.
