2 cups flour 2 Tbs sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt --------------- 2 cups milk 2 eggs beaten to blend 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted & cooled 1 cup plain yogurt Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk in milk, eggs, and melted butter. Add yogurt and mix until just blended. Heat nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto skillet. Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Butter pan if necessary. Makes about 20, 4 inch pancakes.
