A (very) occasional collection of bridge hands and ideas that made me want to write them down:

• My first ever non-simultaneous double squeeze makes 6NT.
• A psych overcall in a singleton suit results in 5 doubled being down seven, but it turns out to be a good sacrifice.
• Making 6 via an accidental squeeze in three suits without the count.
• Do you open 1NT with a five-card major? What does the law of total tricks say?
