This is the default theme. It is complete and may be used by itself.
You can use it as a prototype to create your own themes.

If you do not plan to create your own themes, skip the rest.

If you want to create a theme for submission, please consider to provide
a partial theme including components:
  buttons
  menustyle
  windowlook
  colors
  modules

The following components usually should be only personal or default:
  bindings
  functions
  menus
  styles

You can choose to include or not include:
  background
  cursors
  globalfeel
  sound

And you may create new non-standard components too if you really need this.
