Hello,

We received a copy of both parts of this FAQ in our mail queue today,
which means they didn't get posted.  The exact header that I received
(with some extra stuff thrown in because it's also mail header) is:

I think the problem is the blank line before the Followup-To line.
Remember, you have to have one blank line before and after the
auxilliary header, but none in the main header.  Try taking out that
line and posting again.  If it still doesn't post, then there must be
some deeper problem that we'll have to investigate.
