The "team" you are referring to is the *.answers moderation team, which
primarily moderated the newsgroup news.answers.  There is an incredible
large volume of work that needs to be done to moderate this newsgroup,
which is why we need a team.  Every once in a while we need more people
to help, like when one person decides not to help anymore, but at the
present time we have enough people.
