I'm sorry, but we cannot approve the DOIA FAQ written in html format.
We do not allow HTML documents in the archive because it is primarily
an ftp site, and looking at the text of a document written in HTML is
difficult.  However, please feel free to resubmit your FAQ written in
normal text and we will consider it for approval.  If you are
considering this option, I have included a document which might help you
figure out what format we require FAQs to be in.
