Well, we actually don't allow HTML format documents in the archive since
it's meant to be an ftp site, and users can't easily read a file written
in HTML.  So, if you're going to change your FAQ to HTML, you are not
going to be allowed to post to news.answers any longer.  My advice is
that you create the FAQ in both normal text and HTML forms, and then put
a line in your text version referencing the URL of the HTML version.
