Oops!  The scripts we ran missed this.  First we run a script to find
all the documents that haven't been posted for a while, and I think this
one came up in that.  That script was probably run a days or two before
you posted.  Then, the script that send out mail to everyone goes
through the output of the first script.  So, that's what happened.
