We received a copy of this FAQ in our mail queue, which means it did not
get posted to usenet or stored in the rtfm archive.  The reason for this
is that you posted it in two parts when it is only supposed to be one.
About a month ago you told us you wanted it in two parts, but then you
sent us another mail saying you wanted it kept in one.  Now it's in two
parts again.  So, please decide whether you want it in one or two parts
and then let us know, and we'll update the archives.
