Hello,

Thank you for the quick response to our earlier message.  Since the FAQ
is on hold currently, I have commented it out of the database.  However,
let us know if you start reposting it and we'll uncomment it.  Or, if
you decide that you are never going to post it again, let us know and
we'll completely remove it from the database.
