The headers you sent (which I have included below for your reference)
look fine except that they are missing this line

Approved: news-answers-request@mit.edu

This line should be in the headers for both parts.  So, just post your
headers plus this Approved line, and then put the Archive-name line as
the first line as the text of the file and I think that should about do
it.  Give it a try and we'll see what happens.  If you have any other
questions, feel free to email us.
