Thank you for you submission to the *.answers newsgroups. Your FAQ does
not yet conform to the news.answers submission guidelines, but it's very
close and you only need to make a few changes to get it approved for
posting to news.answers. In particular, you need to do the following
things:

1. You need to put a completely blank line in between the Summary: and
Archive-name: lines. The Archive-name: and Posting-Frequency: lines
need to be in the auxilliary header. Then, you can put the
Last-Modified:, Location:, and Feedback-To: lines in the same header if
you want.

2. You need to change the Archive-name: to something that conforms to
the directories we already have. I suggest either

Archive-name: books/collecting/faq
or
Archive-name: books/collecting-faq

or something like this. It should start with books/ though, because we
already have that directory.

3. You need to add rec.answers and news.answers to the Newsgroups: line.

Once you make all these changes, you headers should look like this:

From: mikeb@massmedia.com (Mike Berro)
Newsgroups: rec.collecting.books,rec.answers,news.answers
Subject: rec.collecting.books FAQ
Followup-To: poster
Summary: This article is a collection of information sources
         pertaining to book collecting.

Archive-name: books/collecting/faq
Posting-Frequency: bi-weekly
Last-Modified: 16-Jan-97
Location: http://www.massmedia.com/~mikeb/rcb/
Feedback-To: mikeb@massmedia.com

So, if you would like, just make these changes and resubmit your FAQ.
Otherwise, the FAQ has been places in the List of Periodic Information
Postings, so it will be stored on rtfm even if you just post to
rec.collecting.books.
