Hi,

I'm not sure exaclty what you're doing wrong, but I have a few
suggestions.  First, try doing what you already did, but type lowercase
"subscribe" in the Subject.  The program they use might be case
sensative.  Then, you could try sending email to
faq-maintainers-request@consensus.com with "help" in the Subject.  If
that still doesn't work, contact the list maintainers by sending email
to owner-faq-maintainers@consensus.com.
