We have approved the Introduction to alt.adoption FAQ for posting on
news.answers.  We do not have a policy for conflicting FAQs because, and
we usually just approve any FAQ that is formatted correctly.  It is not
our job to decide which FAQ is the "correct" one for each newsgroup.
That type of decision is left up to the certain newsgroup.  Please do
not ask us to decided between FAQs, because we're not going to.
