We have approved your splitting of the OpenVMS FAQ into three parts.
You may begin posting it whenever you wish.  I have included a copy of
the headers you sent so that you know what changes you made.  Also, I
have changed the old version to Archive-name: dec-faq/vms/part1 until
you post the three parts seperately.
