We are approving the splitting of you your FAQ, the
alt.collecting.8-track-tapes FAQ, into two sections on the condition
that you make the following changes. You need to make the Subject line
and Archive-name line reflect what part the posting is and how many
parts there are. So, for parts 1 and 2 your Subject and Archive-name
line should look like this, respectively:

Subject: alt.collecting.8-track-tapes Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) (Part 1/2)
Subject: alt.collecting.8-track-tapes Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) (Part 2/2)

Archive-name: music/8-track-tapes/part1
Archive-name: music/8-track-tapes/part2

Once you have made these changes, you may begin posting your FAQ. One
thing you should know about, however, is that in the part 1 we received,
there was an =20 character at the end of each line. This circumstance
is usually an artifact of a mailer that uses MIME encoding. So, if you
have problem posting, that could be a reason, and you may have to turn
off MIME encoding. You are free to ask us any questions at
news-answers-request@mit.edu if you keep having this problem, or if you
have any other ploblems. In general, though, you should just post your
FAQ the same way you have been. I have included a copy of the headers
you sent to us, so you know exactly what to post. I have included the
changes you should make in those headers, as well.
