Rec.Models.Rockets FAQ : PART 09 of 14

COMPETITION AND RECORDS

-----------------------------------------------------------
9.1 I would like to get into competition. I would prefer to start with kits rather than
designing and building my own. Are there any manufacturers making kits
          specifically designed for competition?

There are several sources of kits designed primarily for competition.
    Some of the manufacturers are:

Apogee Components BG and EL kits (??)
      708 Piedra Drive, Suite C Competition motors: 1/4A - F
Canon City, CO 81212-2253 Catalog - FREE
      email: 102374.2533@compuserve.com

Eclipse Components Competition model rocket parts
570 Buckeye Dr. (bought out Apogee's stuff)
