This is an expansion of an existing FAQ from 3 parts to 4.  I was able
to barely stuff it into 3 parts this month, but I'll definitely need the
4th part for next month.

By the way, I notice that two pending fixes have not yet been applied.
Specifically, making news-answers-submit@mit.edu a valid address and
configuring the article checker to recognize the "---Would have posted
news" line output by auto-faq in test mode.  Pam said that she would
make the fixes sometime in the near future (see message below).

Quick-Search Indexes are approved as a split of the Index that was
posted before.

Thank you for your kind words, and for pointing out this problem.
You're right, it's definitely worth fixing.  Since I don't have direct
access to the FAQ-checker, I'll probably wait until a couple such
improvements have collected before installing them, but it will be
done sometime.
