I am proposing to change Powerlines & Cancer FAQs from an 8-part to a 1-part.

I have posted the new 1-part version with headers and auxilliarry headers to 
the usual news groups, but without the approved headers.

I have changed the subject header and the archive name

Old:

I have made no other header changes.
