Thank you for your reply.   I propose to start posting immediately,
as I believe that in a group with such high turnover, the most
important thing for the FAQ is to be visible on RTFM and the
mirror sites.

However, my feeling is that "weekly" is too often, so I propose
to reduce it to "twice monthly", with a "now+20days" expires header.
I have updated the auxiliary header line, and set crontab to
the 6th and 21st of each month.

I am using my own posting software, which both generates and posts
the FAQ.   I believe I have the headers right, but I apologise in
advance if there's any problem, as I have updated it since generating
the document previously mailed to you (the previous version
was a hack not capable of running under 'cron').
