I am not going to be transferring the control of the FAQ, but the FAQ
is joint-written and maintianed.  I generally post it, but he posts it
when I am going to be out of the range of my computer when the time
comes to post it.  Does he need to submit seperately?  He will use the
same headers, just a different sender email address, of course.  Will
his subbmitting the headers kick me off as the maintainer?
