Greetings,

The Active Noise Control FAQ is alive and well, but it's in a state of =
flux for two reasons. First, I converted it to a web page and haven't =
really figures out how to deal with the change yet. Second, I took a new =
job that has *seriously* curtailed my time available for net.activities. =
=20

When I first converted to HTML, I posted a "pointer" message in the =
newsgroups to state the URL for new readers, and outline recent changes =
or additions. I had planned to post this pointer periodically, but I =
rarely do so because posting to *.answers is a real hassle with the =
newsreader that I'm using now. =20

I would welcome any suggestions for dealing with this situation. I have =
been halfheartedly keeping up with the FAQ Maintainers Discussion List, =
but haven't really seen a good solution for a Win95 user with no =
convenient access to a Unix machine.

Thanks for the nudge!
Chris Ruckman

What's the current status of the Active Noise Control FAQ? The records
which make up the "List of Periodic Informational Postings", which we
try to keep updated, state that it's supposed to be posted monthly, but
as far as we can tell, it hasn't been posted since March 15, 1996.
Could you please let us know what's up?

Note that we're not trying to pressure you into posting it or anything
like that; that's certainly not our prerogative. We're just trying to
verify that it's is still an active posting so that we can keep our
records up-to-date.

Thanks!
