At the time, I did not feel it was useful to post a dated FAQ. Right now, the newsgroup I post it to is an active place for spamming. In the recent past, I posted a request for info for the FAQ, which triggered a small flood of reposted FAQs from news.answers (from Der Faqenmeister). They are taken at random, and are very much off topic. This also occurred the last time I posted the FAQ in full near the beginning of the summer.
