The last posting was actually in the first week of August (I can't get
to my files from here so I can't say exactly when, but it's always during
the first week of the month).  I skipped July and September because of
real life intruding... I moved and switched jobs last month, so things
are now stable enough again that I was already planning on posting the
FAQ this coming weekend.  I've no idea why you haven't seen the ones
since March, though.

So in short, yes, it's still a [semi-]active posting... if you want, I
can email you when I post this month's copy so you can be on the lookout
(or if there's anything else I can do to make sure it's getting propagated
correctly, let me know!).
