Oh, sorry.  I thought I sent you a msg explaining that this FAQ has
been temporarily discontinued (due to me not having any more time to
update it).  In the meantime, I've found a volunteer who 'll be 
taking over in a few weeks.  I'll tell him to re-apply for *.answers
moderation at that time.
