The rapid expansion of the Internet has outdated several of the
items in there -- the newsgroup is far more _in_ Esperanto and far
less _about_ Esperanto, for example, and so the audience is a bit
different.  There is some effort afoot to update the FAQ, but it is
not yet ready.
