I'm sorry.  I've been really out of it for the past few months.  I've 
received quite a lot of additions but have been procrastinating putting 
out the expanded FAQ v-7.0e parts 1 and 2  because I wasn't ready.  I 
guess I really should have just posted the condensed FAQ again.

In any case the FAQ should be up within this week.
